请各位兄弟姐妹帮忙了，在逻辑中的一个选项，不是很理解它的句子成分，请大家帮忙指点。

Asprin can prolong a patient's illness by eliminating moderate fever helpful in fighting some diseases.

划线部分是修饰谁的？为什么？

个人觉得是修饰主语的，不敢乱说，等待高手，LZ不要相信我，但是helpful in doing是正确的标志，很少出现，但是出现正确率很好，不过help in doing是错的，这题我怎么记得是逻辑题啊？

是形容词组后置，修饰紧靠他的名词，即fever。

相当于前面省略了“that is”

helpful有形容词后置的吗？不太确定，只知道something, somebody，anyone....有形容词后置

如果从意思的角度，我觉得是修饰ASPRIN, 不过语法的角度i think it will modify the "fever"~~

不是说哪个名词后面可以带形容词后置，事实上这种语法是是常用的，比如这个例子。

同意3楼的解释，逻辑上也是符合的，moderate fever的确helpful in fighting disease. 如果修饰aspirin，放在这里显然太远了，放在句首也许还行。
