这个成绩有点运气了，考前总结的几个考点都有被较大量的考察，在这里share一下。

1. features of ETF
2. features of Hedge Fund
3. Valuation methods of Eeal estate
4. FIFO & LIFO
5. the differences among CFO, CFI,  and CFF
6. risks asscociated with investment in Bonds: there are 7 kinds of risk
7. the calculaiton of spot rate and forward rate for bonds

还有最后强烈建议大家做官方的那几套题，而schewser的模拟题与官方考量角度不太一致，太过偏向复杂的计算，不推荐花时间在上面（and it is really time consuming.)

what a perfect pass, congratulations!!

I feel questions in the CFA are more tricky in recent days. Test your understanding of the question rather than the calculation skill. Maybe they are afraid too many Chinese pass the exam, hoho. Good luck for everyone who took the test.
