实在无法理解B选项如何削弱Argument，请帮忙看看。

海龟10岁以后才下蛋说明5年来所有下蛋的海龟其实都不是受污染那年出生的，所以题干提出的论据并不能帮助确定受污染以后海龟数量是不是真的下降了，当然是weaken了
