请问为什么一定要把A,B中that引导的句子看成从句呢？

不能看成that引导的主句吗？

关于B为什么不可以，也是语焉不详：B Can hardly be said to be at fault does not grammatically complete the subordinate clause。

我感觉把that引导的句子当作一个主语成分，完全可以解释的通？

我可以说That （educators have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology ）这件事can hardly be said to be at fault，就是LZ理解的意思吧？

也可以是That educators have not anticipated（the impact of microcomputer technology ）这个东西can hardly be said to be at fault，意思貌似就完全变了

我个人觉得是这样

不过要我做这题，AB肯定不选啊，that单独出现在句首是什么东西，不能这样用的，而且后面还是个复数，我怎么理解这个that的用法

agree with rock19840717's explanation for B.
可是that....can hardly be said...中的that...可以是主語吧...
我也看不懂為什麼OG說A是ungrammatical construction.

that可以引导主语从句置于句首的。

可能太显得头重脚轻，ets不喜欢吧？

that放在开头确实没见过正确的--至少现在没看到过，不知道是不是符合“SC 定理”的

D是多漂亮的形式主语打头,一眼看过去就只有C和D了. 做了那么多题,还没见过用that引从句在句首的.OG里的ungrammatical construction,就是说这么用是不对的

A的解释的

A Inverting the usual order results in an ungrammatical construction in which the main verb is both preceded and followed by a subordinate clause

也就是在谓语前后都用从句（主语从句+表语从句或者宾语从句）是ungrammatical construction 。

我理解是：that引导主语从句结构上没错，或许只是ets不喜欢；但是如A这样的结构就是错误了。
