标题: one question, 3x.

biologist: we know the following things about plant x. specimmens with fuzzy seeds always have long stems but never have white flowers. specimens with curled leaves always have white flowers, and specimens with thorny seedpods always have curlved leaves. a specimen of plant x in my garden has along stem and curlved leaves.

from the bio's statements, which one of the following can be properly inferred abou the specimen of plant x in the bio's garden?

the answer is it has white flowers but lacks fuzzy seeds.

can someone tell me why? thanks.

Curlved leaves leads to white flowers, however white flowers excludes the possibility of fuzzy seeds

but it says it has a long stem and curve leaves in garden?

fuzzy seed(fs)--->long stem(ls) + white flowers(wf) not = wf or ls not --->fs not.
curlve leaves(cl)--->wf
thorny seedpod(ts)--->cl--->wf

plant x ls + cl--->wf--->fs not.
