it指代不可数，单数名词和单数短语。
one单数名词短语的核心词
又如885-11-13.The nation’s three military academies have seen a dramatic rise in applications, one fueled by a resurgence of patriotism, increasing tuition costs at private colleges, and improved recruiting by the academies.
(A) one fueled by a resurgence of patriotism, increasing tuition costs at private colleges, and improved recruiting by the academies

BeV 在GMAT中相当于 = 。前后必须严格的对称。
zones是复数，所以与a principle不合了。
当然口语上这样说，也没人会说错的！

当one做核心词时，后面修饰它的定语从句的引导次是不是必须是that?

我做这题时看到one that连在一起，觉得特别扭，就把B、D都排除了。
