为什么不是B？？

为什么不是A呢?是不是CHANCE后面不可接THAT CLAUSE?

not B:

a. they cannot treat these things themselves, so passive has to be used in this regard

Not C either

a. chance followed by that is obviously an modifier. that and chance does not correlate unless it is written in this way 'by which'

可以翻译一下这句话 their symptoms应该用被动 B错
