答案是E 但是我感觉其中的并列成分不对称啊...而且原句中的情态动词不是不可以随意删减吗?反倒是B选项我感觉是对的....请高手解答一下!!谢谢哈~~!

B中MAY 和POSSIBLE意思重复，并且 THE MELTING OF POLAR ICE CAP 应该对应 THE RISING OF SEA LEVEL 而不是THE RISE SEA LEVEL,

还有 E include melting of the polar ice caps and a rise in sea level 中的melt 没有自己的名词形式只能用melting 不过这里觉得用

the melting of the polar ice caps... 似乎更好一些

关键在于排除

possible和may重复，上来就排除ABC

再看DE，则有选择

D include后面跟的一个是由动词表示的名词，一个是单纯的名词，二者侧重不一样，前者是强调动作，后者强调内容，所以排除

E 选项虽然形式上不对称，但是，melt本身没有动词，况且melting 和 rise都表示动作的含义，所以在此处对称
