是不是指独一无二的第二, 为了与并列第二相区分, 而有了这个ONLY THE SECOND?

仅仅第二个。和the first book by a Black woman平行。这里only放前面不会有误解。the second one only published by ... 可以看成 the second one/ only published by. 这样就改了原意。

我想请教一下这题和OG里面的一题有什么区别？？以下是OG19原题：
