思路：calisthenics=健美體操

calisthenics program是唯一使NA physically fit的原因

除非那是European非有不可的因素

A. 不需要ALL都是

B. 無關選項,和equally無關

C. 無關選項

D. 正確答案,補洞

E. 無關選項（無關對比）
而且as well as強調前者

以上是原注解，我认为选D是不对的。A应该是正确选项。A项里的"all"实际上是指代“north america children”and “Europe children”.

D 项里的意思是偏离了conclusion 里的重心（结论里的重心是"north america children" 可不可以变得强壮）。

从其选项的设置来看A，B比较像，这是另外一个暗示，正确选项是A，B 里的一项。

我也认为是A，D感觉跟题目没有直接性关系，至少D答案中根本没有提到跟NORTH AMERICAN学生的联系：（为什么是D呢

assumption题目的正确答案取非对原文结论削弱，A选项取非后是说并不是所有人练健美操过后都可以身体好，这个显然无法削弱原文，因为原文本来就不是说每一个北美学生都比欧洲学生身体差，所以A是不对的。A并不是结论的必要条件
