里面为什么是surpassed only 而不是only surpassed?

btw:OG的答案我看过了，两者如果翻译的话有什么区别？

貌似OG上说only修饰后面的 by heart disease and cancer，是不是啊？哪位NN来说说啊

翻译过来好像文字游戏。。

surpassed only by heart disease and cancer：只被心脏病和癌症超过。only限定“被心脏病和癌症”

only surpassed by heart disease and cancer：心脏病和癌症仅仅是超过糖尿病

第二句only是限定surpassed，说明“只是超过而已”，意思完全扭曲，正是og解释上说的logical predication
