我觉得后面的with是多余的，可以直接去掉，变成同位语

还是把句子贴上来吧。

同位语和with的修饰对象不同，前者修饰相邻的名词或名词短语；with短语修饰主句谓语；

另外sth. that....这个定语，也必须修饰sth...表意才会正确。

没有例子的确不好说

但是仅从你说的来看的确是去掉with加上逗号改成同谓语好一些

不过with如果有完成固定搭配或者提示并列等作用，需要注意一下

答案是E，但是E相当于就是with one out of every eight workers （that are）employed in an automobile-related job

所以可以肯定是对的，但是去掉with就不行了

独立主格结构的形式（摘自白勇语法）
（1）一般独立主格：名词+名词，名词+形容词，名词+分词，名词+介词
（2）逻辑紧密型独立主格：with+名词+名词/形容词/分词/介词
（3）强调型独立主格：each+名词+名词/形容词/分词/介词
独立主格本身无谓语，而依附于主句谓语，起状语作用，放在句首或句尾。
