Study showhat young people with higher-than-average blood pressure and their families have a history of high blood pressure are ore likely than others to develop a severe form of the condition.

a. and their families have a history of high blood pressure

b. whose families have a history of high blood pressure

c. and a history of high blood pressure runs in the family

d. whose families have a histories of high blood pressure running in them

e. with a history of high blood pressure running in their family.

这题我选的是C.我觉得应该是和higher-than-average blood pressure并列的. 意思上也说得过去.但是答案是B..大家帮忙看看~~~

C我认为还是有点问题。

pressure runs in the family是一个不规范的从句，省略的that应该补出

而且即使宾从是规范的也比较冗余，不如B。a family history of ...会好些

但是这里的runs修饰的应该是 history啊~还是没想明白~~~

c，with higher-than-average blood pressure 是young people的定語，如果要並列，and a history of high blood runing in the family。。。這樣看兩個定語的並列也不夠規範哦~~
所以。。。c不妥。。。。

恩 C的意思应该是with的两个成分并列修饰young people 但是C里的runs问题很明显所以我觉得C不妥

是这个词本身用的不合理吗?就是对于history的修饰上?

句子结构：

Study show that + young people..... are more likely than others to......

with 介词短语和划线部分对young people修饰。

用and话，其后面的成分只能是和with的介词短语并列修饰young people.

A. 句子结构：young people 和一个完成的句子并列，错

B. whose families have a history of high blood pressure, whose修饰young people，正确

C. 句子结构：young people and a history are more likely, 错

D. a histories 错，而且我觉得have 与 running in them 语义重复，awkward, 错

E. 缺少连词连接两个并列修饰成分，in their family --> in theire families, agreement, 错

whose是物主代词，只能指人。pressure是不能用whose指代，所以这里强制指代people

我也是考虑到这个方面去了～～晕～～～但是我觉得不会选C 因为前面是show that young people with....如果加and 的话后面应该和前面平行～那么只能加their families 不会用blood presure 做主语～～

我觉得选项中有and肯定错，因为后面未划线部分是are more likely than others....怎么可能人和家族病历史are more likely than others....实在太奇怪了，家族病历史应该是修饰那个人，翻译为：有高血压且有家族病史的人are more likely than others.... 这样才合理吧。那个正确选项B太纠结了。。。E错在哪里呢？

说的就是年轻人有较高的血压，并且他们的家族有高血压历史比其他人。。。
通过语法结构可以排除E.
另外and如果接的是句子的话，明显就和主语平行是不可能的，所以两个and都不能选择。
然后剩下两个whose句子的比较
D结构冗余复杂，还表达意思不清楚。
所以就只能选择B,但是个人觉得不是很好。

我一直不懂D为什么哎~them是宾语位置上的指代，离young people那么远，怎么会在语法上指代了young people呢？不是应该优先指代了families吗？谢谢~
