C 为什么不对?

1) Be responsible for sth 对什么负责.

2) 时态不一致. 这是个陈述形式,到土地交接的时候,都不是owner的responsiblity.

3) 仅供参考和讨论.

逻辑大意不对: B 句, 即使土地的拥有者不对已经发生的污染负责.

C 句: would have done sth 是虚拟时态,表示与过去发生的相反.

翻译为: 即使土地有污染,也不是土地拥有者的责任.

C 为什么不对?

划线外说“the owner ”对清扫土地负责

b：尽管the owner不用对污染负责，这个污染在什么之前已经发生了；语义合理

c：it 指代什么，不清楚，responsibility后面的“that” 指代也不清楚
