对不起，贴不出来。

我想不通为什么as great as or greater than that of using air conditioning是错的，而at least as great as that incurred by using air conditioning是对的？

答案说，前者的that指代句子的主语，即“wind resistance”，而后一个选项的that指代“fuel”。

谁能给个解释吗？是不是因为前一个句子是介宾结构，后一个句子是主谓结构？

as great as or greater than 和at least as great as 都是和。。。一样大或比它大的意思，看不到整句话。但问题肯定不是出在这两种写法上，这两个都可以
