B吧？A，C中it指代有问题，world‘s感觉有问题，因为人才这样说，所以选b，至于楼主提到的问题，我觉得多半是一种claim to的固定用法问题，因为what it claims是个名词性从句，相当于名词作用，所以后面要跟to，我的个人理解阿，估计不太对

也就是活what 引导主语从句，做宾语从句的主语？不过这里的比喻从句省了that了，可以么而且主语从句感觉有点扭曲原意..

个人认为，claim 有三种用法如下：claim sth, sth claims to be, sb claim that;
这里的it claims属于第一种用法，当作插入语，如果是claim to be，那么主语应当就是那个东西，而不是这里的it(代指company),所以排除。

增加一点，如果是claim to be，那么原句就变成了 it(the company) claims ''sth'' to be...，不太合适把，应当是sth claims to be ...求问各位nn
