标题: 如何寻找创业机会

大学毕业后就在一家企业从事项目管理工作，一开始选择这个工作是觉得项目管理可以学习怎么运营一个项目，怎么协调各个部门的关系，怎么和客户打交道，可以为以后自己创业做经验积累。结果一直做下来觉得这个职位在现在这个制造型企业里就是CUSTOMER SERVICE和ORDER FULFILLMENT，感觉并没有学到自己想学的东西，但是还是锻炼了细心和耐心，以及学会了外企的职业化。所以考虑年后换一个公司做市场或者销售，但是对做什么行业去什么样的公司（大型企业还是民营）还没有概念，只是觉得将来的工作一定要有机会参与到项目运营，从项目策划到融资到推广到运作都想学一下。

不知个位CDer有什么好的建议，想法如果幼稚请不要见笑。谢谢。

One of the options is to really understand your industry and find a niche that the parent company ignores or lacks profound understanding of servicing. This way you could prototype products within the company and quit to focus on it.

It's important to change with the market and prepared for failure, lots of failure before getting into the right direction. Too many people underestimate the difficulty of starting up a company and contribute half way before a real success.

Learning all functions are good but timing is also important. If you are a risk-taker and believe in your ability of changing the world, then go for it.

Thank you Collenice, I think I am a risk taker and this has affected my life in every aspect. I like stock market, I chose a job that has nothing to do with my major.

Things changed so much now compares to the time when I wrote this article. But my mind doesnt change, and I am still looking and waiting and preparing for the new challenge.

Welcome.

Then you gotta get your hands dirty and really think on it. But again, believe in what you are doing is just important as your cash flow. Once you do it, try every method to solve problem upfront. If you can't see problem, there is always a big problem that others spotted earlier than you did.
