答案是D,我选A,我的理解是which amounts to修饰minority, D中的amounting修饰什么呢？是修饰前面整句话么？

顶起来，我也选了A。
觉得which可以跳跃修饰minority啊，而且D中省略了only,这样可以吗？
而且accounting去在这里是现在分词做状语用，那么它到底是表示动作伴随还是结果伴随？我觉得两种情况都说不通的。
