这道题讲美国的国际间企业并购进入了一段复兴期，虽然企业并购并不见得真的能带来最大化利润，但是与外国公司合作它们能得到海外市场云云，

题眼是你要认识Renaissance 这个单词：文艺复兴

复兴就说明之前有过一个高潮，高潮之后又有一个衰落，现在又重新起来，现在起来的并没有超过之前。这就是C要讲的意思：之前有过高也有过低。

总之这个题目很变态，我查了字典方才明白。其他选项都不确切。
