虽然我也选对了,但是A不是很确定:
1. also在后面有什么问题?
2. dependent on sth. to be 或者dependent on sth. as 是考点吗? 都可以吗?

我觉得and连接的词共同做介词of的宾语，但如果在第二个词的后面加修饰词，就改变了句子结构，变为了并列定语，显然有问题。

D还有不对的地方，双重所有格，我认为WHICH INCLUDES也是可以的

which和it都不能指代前面整句话.
这里which是指代的Roughly one-half of the world’s population,所以不行.

即便which只是指代world's population,定从的表达也不如分词好.
语法需要选出最优答案而不只是正确答案.

which includes 中的which 指代的是Roughly one-half of the world’s population还是population？或者两者均可所以导致歧义？

我知道选Ｄ有误但是想问Ｂ前半句说的是ｐｏｐｕｌａｔｉｏｎ，ｉｎｃｌｕｄｉｎｇ的为什么是地域呢，应该也是ｐｏｐｕｌａｔｉｏｎ啊。

应该是which 就进指代了population了，但include应该修饰的是one-half of the world’s population，所以用including更好

DE中which语法上应该是指代one-half，of结构与which从句都是其修饰语，只不过根据mission-critical原则，将相对不重要的修饰语which从句放在了后面，从而产生了跳跃修饰~ -------manhattan 5th中exception of touch rule, case1；
虽然我还是比较认可which指代前面整个one-half of world's population，因为感觉上面的解释过于语法化了...
从语义上来讲，应该是全球一半的人口中包括了EA与SA

感觉B 改成 including virtually all of the East and Southeast Asia's population 更好一些。
和half of the one-half of the world’s population 并列。
D 错在being上。
