Industrialization and modern methods of insect control have improved the standard of living around the globe while at the same time they have introduced some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants, having gone virtually unregulated since they were developed more than 50 years ago.

(A) while at the same time they have introduced some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants, having

(B) while at the same time introducing some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants that have

(D) but introducing some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants at the same time that have

(E) but at the same time introducing some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants, having

答案B

我知道是因为如果引入they会导致,前后2个的指代不清,还有在这里限制性定语从句比非限制性好,所以选B

但是却引起了我关于状语从句省略的疑问

有种说法是当状从的主语和主句主语相同,且谓语动词是be 时,可以将从句的主语和be同时省略. 如 When (i was) young, I liked swimming.

那这里的b选项是不是就是

Industrialization and modern methods of insect control have improved the standard of living around the globe while at the same time (I and m methods of insect control was) introducing some 100,000 dangerous chemical pollutants that have gone virtually unregulated since they were developed more than 50 years ago.

那从句不是用的进行时了么,但是at the same time 指的是过去的特定时间,是不是应该用一般过去时呢?

如果用一般过去时

while somebody did something 能省略成 while doing something吗

哪位战友能给个想法呀...谢谢哦

能改成分词的时态是相同的，只要去区分这个动词是主动或被动判断ing或ed即可

這是原則，但是一句话能不能改分词有很多考虑因素。
在OG中，有and的句意，有that的句意，表示重要者，都不要改分词比较好，因为他是属於relevent but not important info.

另外这一题有一个句型可以注意 while + ving是偶尔可以看到的句子。

不知我这样理解对不对

A do something,

while he do something/ while he did something/ while he have done something/

都可以变成while doing something. 只要主从,主语一致

是不是这样呢?

要时态也一致才可以

        也就是说

        A作某事while作某事

        两个动作同一时态才可以将第二个动作改分词(Ving)←常出現的考題



        修正：如果分词的动作比主句还要早，就要用完成式形式的分词←考题很少

例句：

Having seen him before, I know him well.

Having locked the door, I went to sleep.

不知道有没有解决你的疑问
你看我给的例子是不是所有分词都是长一样Ving，看不出任何时态，所以是一定要跟主句时态一样。因为一样就可以类推。

只要区分这个动作主词是主动作，还是被动，然後改ing或ed即可。
