dinosaur（主语）+had（谓语）+a metabolism（宾语），要比较的是宾语，和后面的a warm-blooded mammal's (省略 metabolism）一致，默认就是比较宾语，不会有歧义认为后面的是在和主语比较。
一般歧义只会在比较主语时产生，即如果要比较dinosaru和warm-blooded mammal，就要补出谓语.

第一次做我也选了B，但因为后面都是A's B生命体的所有格，所以，如果前面要以metabolism为主语，也应该是a dinosaur's metabolism。
