我胡扯几句

好像感觉语法里挺忌讳有个WHICH没有直接加在被修饰词后面，根据BY语法的框框，呵呵

所以排除掉D\E

然后in any previous election好象应该用一般过去式　

这样就去掉Ｃ　

由于前面结构比较复杂，因此尽量避免用代词指代，防止出现指代不明的情况，所以排除A

呵呵，分析得不对的话，见笑了

我觉得哈，可能这边用的是比较省略，就是than 后省略比较的主语the costs 如果是要选a,那么it was应改成they were 吧？ c的they have been 显然与the previous year,如果说因为than 后没有主语而排出b 好像只是相对错误，毕竟比较的对象是简单的名词短语proportion,如果是一个的、复杂的句子结构应该是不能省略的，比如they are fatter than they were 5 years ago,应该不能用省略吧?但是应该能用higher costs than (costs)in the last month,你说呢？我也是自己想出来的

d e中的which is 我觉得也很不妥，一来，which指代不明，如果是指代costs 应用which are,如果指代the spending ，就很混淆了，究竟是spending大了，还是costs站的份额？
