本题的正确答案是D，可是我不知道it指代谁，从逻辑上讲它应该指代前面

一句话，可是it没有这种用法。E使用被动避免了这种错误，我觉得E更好一些。

偶怎么觉得语法撒上it指judge,逻辑上指ban，所以d是错的啊？

judge不能用it来指代的吧，所以只可能指the ban

一。 E 的错误点相当多，首先，相比其他选项，它使用了备用被动语态，其次 being的出现使得句子wordy
二。 A中的 it 是指紧在前面的 ban ，这句话表示，一个法官推翻了这项条令，因为这项条令违反了。。。

上了新东方老师的语法课，老师说，being是一个可以拉黑选项的词，做了这么多道题，只有一次例外，不会的情况下可以试一下，谨慎使用。

只记住了law 一定要用ing修饰所以直接选了 D
