其实我也知道C有问题，不过是EFFECTIVE的问题而时态属于correctness的问题，这题的答案说明我错了

我觉得这里时态可行。although里是过去时，但是现在完成是是可以由过去延续到现在的。

'cause two clauses describe two events, the 时态can be different.

Besides, have you ever seen a TV program being "re-run"? 重播
It is possible to see the conference till now by video tapes. So we use the present perfect tense.
