破解说A的话，与后面的attended矛盾，不合逻辑，但是如果选E的话后面不就应该用完成时have attended了吗，望各位大侠指教阿！

其实你想一下逻辑含义，他肯定是当主席连续当了多少年，不可能是连续当了多少年前主席，呵呵
