答案E。没读懂句子的结构，

result from the chemical
reactions between ... and .... to
produce…

请大家指点。

这一题看到interaction以及between，就会想倒底想要找哪两者的关系。
而oxide的字样很多都是毒的意思，所以推是讲两个毒的emissions，
下一个是water vapor

最後句尾看到酸雨，C与D的which变成单纯形容水蒸气。但是我心中猜应该是要讲两个的interaction有各目的才对，可能会有to的选项。

E就是了，两个毒素跟水蒸气变成酸雨
