我认为B
B纠正了A 中Which指代整个句子的错误用法。而且句中的They 指代也和明确后面呼应。

我的CD22里的答案是A,而且先前无数的讨论也大都支持A,虽然我的选择还是B

Let me try:
Elk now live almost solely in the Rocky Mountains, which would make it seem that elk are mountain dwellers, while they once ranged over virtually all of the continental United States except for a small strip in the extreme Southwest.
- Elk now live almost solely in the Rocky Mountains, which (the use of which is a bit ambiguous as it may refer to the activity of living or the maountain)would make it seem that elk are mountain dwellers, while (the use of while is not correct here) [ We usually use while to say that two longer actions or situations go / went on at the same time]
- The fact that elk now live almost solely in the Rocky Mountains would make it seem that they (definitely refers to the elk) are mountain dwellers, but (the use of but is ok here as there is a contrast).
- It would seem that elk would be mountain dwellers because of their living now solely almost in the Rocky Mountains, but still
(faulty construction) - Now living almost solely in the Rocky Mountains, it would seem that elk were mountain dwellers, although
(awkward) - It seems that elk would be mountain dwellers from the fact that they now live solely almost in the Rocky Mountains, since
希望,帮助

无疑地 it's B, the correct answer.

A错误太明显了,如果我碰上这题我肯定选B
