29 "Too many people think only about getting results. The key to success, however, is to focus on the specific task at hand and not to worry about results.”

这一题按照results 和process 的比较来写可以吗?

process和focus on the specific task at hand 是不是会有偏差????

I would go about this issue like this:

1. first i would define success. Is success achieving some measurable goal or completing a number of tasks? For me, I define it as the latter option.

2. Some of the benefits for working towards results (i.e. demonstrable deliverables, easy to break down and gauge progress, etc),

3. Some of the costs of working towards results (i.e. easy to sacrifice other non-results oriented aspects, such as learning, or quality, or integrty

4. Benefits of focusing on the present task.

5. Costs of working on the present task.

6. Evaluation of which is more important for achieving initial definition of success (which is individually based)
