我这几天看SC，脑袋晕晕的，关于and的用法想请教大家一下，
1）OG 紫皮27题，
Minnesota is the only one of the contiguous forty eight states that still has a sizable wolf population, and where this predator remains the archenemy of cattle and sheep.
Correct Answer: E where there is still a sizable population of wolves and where
我想问的是，看白勇语法里面说and引导的重复的并列成分是可以省略的，那这个句子里面最后一个where是否可以省略呢。
2）还有一个弱弱的问题
sth and sth involved 这种表达能表示出来并列的两个成分都involved了吗，还是只有最后一个involved了，而要表达两个都involved 的话，要用sth and sth which are involved.

1. 不可以省略的。省略了以后会有and 和主句并列的嫌疑。
2. 最好用both and结构，以上两种都有修饰后一sth的嫌疑。
