这道题虽然可以排除出来。可是对Nor is it 有点怀疑，是倒装吧。象这样的问题应该用neither，nor比较好，我对每一个答案都很怀疑。

not和nor并列，旧这么表达

例如大全902：

902. Unlike the Shiites, who constitute the other major branch of Islam, the Sunnites do not await the Mahdi as a messenger from God, nor do they endow him with divine qualities or immunity from failure in judgment.

查了LONGMAN，中间关于NOR的解释有一条是
(used at the beginning of an expression just before a verb) =and also+not, “也不”
e.g. I don't want to go, nor will I (=and I won't)
而neither做副词时，有相同的用法（是否可以与nor互换呢？）用于回答否定句或者加于否定句后表示也不的意思。

此题注意 leading和displacing的平行，这样就只能在后面三个里面选择

and neither中and是多余的。

and与not不平行

相比之下nor可以用于否定平行，所以就用nor了

应该是倒装：引自longman

是倒装@@
如果前一个句子是肯定句，后边用so来引导倒装，这种句子是部分倒转：助动词+主语+正常语序。如果前一个句子是否定句，后边用nor或neither引导，结构同so.倒装句在时态上应与前面的句子保持一致，助动词的单复数应与主语保持一致。
这么说E的nor可以用neither么@@
