这道题答案是E我在D,E间徘徊了好久最终还是选错了。请NN指点，为啥D不行？

 

Q19:

with引导部分的修饰对象混淆。

raise fears 用动词比较简洁，要表达因果用rasing会有力多

with fear 是伴随的状态
ex: I do sth with fear.

D选项的长相很像将with当作关代+ V+ that 子句。
动词还用过去式raised。

我觉得raised在这边找不到解释的方式

一点想法，叁考吧
