OG中的解释可以看懂，但是还是迷惑IT的指代问题。到底它是就近修饰，还是找逻辑主语。难道it 不能指代capital，为什么OG解释说代词必须指代的是sums of capital. 迷惑~~~~~希望大牛指点~~~
