B一定错呀，因为是
the Erie Canal connected

不是New York connected

which 指 NY

网上说：the canal links the waters of Lake Erie in the west to the Hudson River in the east....

So..."which" should refer to the whole sentence...

个人感觉native speaker肯定不会说这么多修饰成分的句子，clarity来说肯定是D
