答案：D

我已经知道A、B、C、E的错误，但是不明白为什么用is，没办法理解这个语法。

我觉得，如果用is，那么unveiled后面应该加that（宾从），从句的主语为what it claims，is为从句谓语。但没有that，感觉怪怪的。请指教。谢谢！

WHAT IT CLAIMS / IS THE WOLRD'S... WHAT IT CLAIMS 做主语意思是他们所公布的是。。。。想一下WHAT HE SAID WAS TRUE 就知道了一样的
