我也问一下，D为什么不行？

是说who也要像which一样紧跟修饰对象？那么will be有没有错？难道believe that后面一定要跟原形？

另外，view的用法？view st as或者view st to be都是正确的吗？

now viewing the economy 和who now view the economy 他们所修饰的先行词是不是一样的呢？

我感觉who now view the economy 修饰的是policy makers

而now viewing the economy 修饰的是financial experts

除去view as 不说吧

D的问题，我觉得可以从那个逗号看出来，如果是紧跟的话，就更清楚是在讲makers , 即是原文意思，但是一个逗号，就有了修饰前面experts的歧义

that of moderate growth and low inflation 也错了，好歹也该是between that of growth and that of low inflation吧， let alone 这里也不需要
