Twelve years ago and again five years ago, there were extended periods when the Darfir
Republic's currency, the pundra, was weak: its value was unusually low relative to the world's most stable currencies. Both times a weak pundra made Darfir's manufactured products a bargain on world markets, and Darfir's exports were up substantially. Now some politicians are saying that, in order to cause another similarly sized increase in exports, the government should allow the pundra to become weak again.

题中politicians说让p变weak就能在出口上有个大提高。

B说制造业已经在接近最好的状态下运营了。所以即使p变weak了，也很难使制造出的产品有个大提高。连生产都生产不出来，出口也没法提高很多~

C无关项~ 注意这句话主干是 economy will become healthier only if.... economy和题目没关系~
