我选D,答案是E.

因为我觉得没有必要用COULD,要用也是CAN啊,

请NN们解答.

D选项的用现在完成时有待商榷，而且 Is capable of being 比较主观 而且啰嗦 直接用 can/could be 比较合适

排除A B 应该是 句子结构和 it 的问题吧

A 选项是最ORIGINAL的 所以根据时态有可以把 有HAS 的枪毙掉

我是这么选的-。-

总之 我现在的做题的经验是没有为什么 只有怎么选。。。

很多时候题目没有什么标准 就是 那看似浮云的 感觉。。。
