agree with chipmunk, I think you may first think about the qualities and characteristics of the teammates, and then make sure connect them with your experience. Don't just list a bunch of qualities. tsljz, as one essay question of LBS is quite similar, I want to ask here. The Q is how do you plan to contribute to the study group and the school community.You can use your former team experience when you work in or lead teams.
I mentioned some names of the projects that I have worked in and some qualifications for a good team. Do I still need to describe in somewhat detail of my team experience? Thanks!!!
