I declined there yesterday, anyone interested in the program can contact Dr. Botosan for inquiry, they will, I think, accept late application, scan your transcripts, gmat, and references, etc, then u can just send pdf files via email first. no need to pay the application fee in the beginning, so it is a free trial.
