花旗－－－－个人银行的客户经理，这个职位怎么样？
好像现在商业银行的背景的人太多了，申请MBA也很难吧？
我在股份制商行，目前也是做个人业务。
正在准备GT，今年申请。
申请MBA都不简单，背景再好的也有进不去的，背景一般的也有进牛校的。
关键看你的目标是什么，决心有多大。
I am the a/c manager of VIP customers of HSBC,seems to have the same background with you.I have just got the offer today.well, the whole application is a bit complicated.My suggestion is if you have already got your GMAT,that's OK to be remain in the job.If not,please resign, for it requires so much energy, and you need to make some sacrifice.

Well actually, I did taught IELTS(the speaking section) since I was a sophomore and had taught more than 500 students before I graduate.
So it seems that if I had known you much earlier,I might be a much qualified English teacher?
我猜那位批评者是觉得same 不应和with 搭配。按我对英语的粗浅理解，the same background as yours 和 the same background with you 应该都是正确的。楼上的不要介意。

那像国内银行比如兴业银行的零售银行，是不是更不要去了？？？？

国内银行中，零售银行最好的当属招商银行，这个应该是业界公认的。兴业银行是家小银行，这两年表现还不错。如果是刚毕业的新人，最好是能去一家大银行，业务范围全面，培训较完备，有了能力和资历，但大银行往往体系比较固定，晋升不易，此时有机会可考虑转去中小银行，那里升职的空间更大一些。
And then your MD will kick your ass out of his office.
刚毕业最好还是进大银行做企业客户，有很多机会和大型企业建立良好的客户关系，然后再去小银行比较好些

偶毕业的时候面过hsbc的个人客户经理 听hr那意思主要就是拉存款之类

如果楼主能调到类似于国际业务部 或资金营运部等或许会有更多机会

开始觉得那位批评你英语的人有点尖酸，但你那么不谦虚我实在看不下去了。我认识很多教英语的人自己水平也不怎么样，你那段话写得的确不好，读上去很不流利不地道,语句之间缺乏逻辑。不要又跳出来说你四级六级八级GMAT作文多少分，那种作文都很无聊。在你原文基础上简单改：

1 不要这么喜欢用the
2 the same with一般表达the situation is the same with sb.
3 be remain or remain? 词性要分清楚
4 不要又想学得很口语化，不讲拼写，有的地方又一本正经全拼I have got...不伦不类
5 要口语的话用quit比resign更合适，resign常接from,。语感应该提高，了解词的nuance
如果你觉得准备GMAT需要辞掉工作，看来你水平也不怎么样。（我以前在花旗）
呵呵，打起来了打起来了，百家争鸣百花齐放，是好的好的，我们就应该发扬这种互相讨论的精神。
不过呢，提醒几句：
1、有些牛牛面子比较薄，大家切磋适当口下留情；
2、如果有牛牛在讨论过程中感觉不舒服呢，多暗自提醒自己锻炼一下承受力，有则改之无则加勉嘛。

1 助动词后面要跟动词原型。
2 过去式
3 虚拟语气主句时态
4 其他还有 "what preposition" 换成 "which" 更合适。不要用 "and" 连接两个完整句。问号要用在疑问句。
