可问题是为何要用would，？

今天刚做错了这两道，一同请教。

Q34：D和E前面用单数rate，后面用复数rates，可能不好。

Q32: 用would have可能是要强调一种虚拟的语气，我是用economical排除了b，否则直接用have应该也没有问题吧

请牛人指点。

可是Q34，B中也用了rate,为什么？

32. 根據economical&economic的意思可以eliminate B, C, and E.
would have to vs. have to
would have to不是很決定
have to非常決定

the rate of people consuming fatty foods得意思是吃高脂肪食物得人得rate, 改变句子意思了.
这里可以看作consuming现在分词做people得定语.
