I'm currently a 2nd year MBA at MSB graduating in a few weeks, but my apartment lease will not expire until July 31. This is a 559 square feet, real one bedroom with a full size living room (so, not an enlarged studio). It's located in River Place east building, which is within walking distance (20 mins) to the Car Barn (MBA class building). The current rent is only $1,100/mo but given the rising nature of DC's rent price, it's unlikely to find this price later in the summer. If you can take over the one month left on my lease from July 1, I can negotiate with the landlord to keep the rent at $1,100 for you. Please find the details of this apartment attached below. Also, do you own research on Craigslist (http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/) to have some idea of rent prices.
