答案是D。请问D跟E什么区别？

我也不知道，但原文scheduled 是修饰the last day 的

所以答案最好也选修饰the last day 的吧

E的scheduled 是修饰 workers的

the last day that they are scheduled to collect. In this defining relative clause, "the last day" serves as the object of "collect". It does not make any sense to say to "collect a day".
