标题: insead or emory (full scholarship)

我知道很多人无法理解为什么还要选，但是真的想听大家的意见，拍醒我吧

本人背景，已经有一个overseas master，工作4年，半年start-up，2年半top consutling firm, 但是不是consultant,所以去读的话是为转TRACK,

pros for emory:

full scholarship, good location, easy life,can enjoy US life,two years to learn

cons for emory:

low ranking (though on FT it's already 12th in US this year),bad US job market, two years can be long a bit too long for me

pros for insead:

top school, exchange program in US, one year quick track, good if i want to come back for consulting

cons for insead:

financial pressure(no idea to find so much money), one year might be too short or really intense for career switcher (not sure about that), EU job market is better (not sure about that)

本人已经在欧洲求过学，所以想去美国看看，增加International exposure, 但是要面对现实，B-SCHOOL是为了找工作，所以是否要砸锅卖铁却INSEAD, 不知道是何去何从啊。。。希望大牛指点啊

Emory也算好学校，经济压力还是很重要的，既然楼主内心倾向E那就去吧。否则毕业的时候就业压力加上经济压力2座大山还是会压垮人的。

INSEAD很好，奇货可居，学费昂贵~ 说明一般人上不了。lz能被录取，说明很有料；若能咬咬牙，读完出来，就是人上人了：）

如果不是特别有雄心壮志，去emory也挺好的，可以舒舒服服地体验一下美国校园生活。

相信去Emory的话你会压力小很多，毕竟没有经济负担，而且可以舒舒服服享受两年美国生活(如果这是你向往的话，一般两年制的最后半年就是在玩了)；去INSEAD你肯定会感觉很有压力的，但这也是一种挑战。

因此还是要看你对压力的承受能力了。

Emory 两年的MBA生活，Opptunity cost其实也是蛮高的，提前一年毕业，赚回来的钱也差不多了（按照Insead毕业生的平均薪水，10万美元，应该比Emory的奖学金多吧。）。

两年的MBA生活，其实课程强度肯定没一年的强度大。第二年基本是忙着找工作之类，学习的动力也没有那么大，生活比较relax。

在Insead 11个月努力学，收获应该还是不少的。

另外，MBA 还是更看重学校的Brand.建议还是去Insead. 当然,Emory也是好学校！

The two are not in the same level.

It seems that you should ask yourself what kind person you are what kind of life you want to lead, at least for next 5 years.

if you want to have life balance, then go to USA; if you like some challenge and good return, go to INSEAD.

insead 是我的 dream school，所以我不明白你为什么在犹豫。如果只是因为学费的话，想想你毕业后和到你结束职业生涯的时候的回报吧。

什么不是一个level阿，emory是美国top20，绝对不比insead差。US是王道

如果就业方向是consulting的话，emory还远远没有和insead掰手腕的实力

我和楼主一模一样的情况！！！！！！Emory全奖和Insead都有offer，好奇楼主怎么选择的，我目前倾向去梦校insead，毫无悬念。
