1.Irongate district和Park Hill district情况不一定相同，在一个地方成功的例子不一定就能在另一个地方成功。可能消费群不一样啊什么的。
提供DISCOUNT不一定能促进发展，有些人不是discount的follower。
2.刺激员工互动及激发创造力不一定能留住员工，员工的流失可能是因为相同行业的公司高，或者员工觉得这家公司的长期发展不好。不解决根本问题的话不可能留住员工。
其实，儿童编辑所使用的文化方式会不会CONTRADICT WITH公司原有的文化，使得员工反感。
建议可能这家公司应该做问卷调查来得知为什么员工流动性高。
