D选项是这样理解的，Computers are becoming faster, more powerful, and more reliable, and also modems 会给人造成错觉，faster,powerful,reliable和modems是并列的，那么就成了computers are also becoming modems,显然违背句子的意思
E就很容易理解了，就是我先前所解释的，and连接前后两个独立的句子，否则就同D选项一样，逻辑含义错误

D/E的意思就变成computers are becoming modems.而D的they不是指代清不清的问题，是sentence fragment因为没有连接词，这个和把B的devices改成they是一样的毛病哦
so too 不是一个固定搭配，这句话对吗？
这里的so too are modems,是不是也可以改为 so are modems too？
