标题: 请教一句话的语法结构及相关

As in the U.S., Apple cut exclusive deals in Europe so only one wireless carrier has the right to distribute the device in each country.

（1）As in the U.S.,在这里是不是As＋句子的省略结构，补充上是不是应该这样：As Apple cut exclusive deals in the U.S.,....

（2）cut exclusive deals 是什么意思？ cut在这里是削减的意思吗？exclusive deals 是独家运营吗？

（3）wireless carrier是指无线运营商吗？

（4）请问独立主格在句子中充当什么成分？只是作为同位语吗？有没有其他充当成分？

独立主格结构在句子中作状语，修饰动词。
