昨天电话面的。面试官看过我的essay。基本上是根据resume+essay轮番问问题，所以大家面的时候要看一下自己essay里写了啥。

常规问题有

Why RSM? Why MBA? Why now?
which do you do better? as an indivisual or in a team?
(because I am young) how your peers think of you? how can you lead in such environment?
any current extra-corricular activities?
question for her. 我问了how scholarships distributied? answer: 奖学金是merit based，需要录取后申请。不按国家或者行业分配，优秀就有。但是不要报太大指望，同时要找其他source of funding.

我也在考虑申这个学校，但是从学校的介绍里看不出对托福或雅思成绩的要求，GMAT也只看到平均分，不知道对中国大陆申请者的GMAT要求一般是多少？知道的朋友可以给我答个疑吗？谢谢！
