AA NO.57题：
the following appeared as part of an article in a popular arts and leisure magazine.
" The safety codes governing the construction of public buildings are becoming far too strict. The surest way for architects and builders to prove that they have met the minimum requirements established by these codes is to construct buildings by using the same materials and methods that are currently allowed. But doing so means that there will be very little significant technological innovation within the industry, and hence little evelution of architectural styles and design-------merely because of the strictness of these satety codes."
我觉得新东方孙远给的思路不太对，请大家给些这个题的思路好吗？非常感谢大家了！

My outline of thoughts different from the new oriental school
A.    建筑规范的严格苛刻与建筑的风格和设计的发展，建筑方面的创新之间是没有因果关系的，作者并没有提供出确定两者因果关系的内容。举例：既建筑师可以既符合建筑规范条例，保证建筑的安全使用，又同时结合建筑的用途来进行风格化的革新，另外只要是革新的建筑材料和方法比目前的优越，政府也会采纳的。

B.    另外，论者没有明确提出建筑法规的具体内容中苛刻的地方是什么。苛刻的安全规则是否与建筑的创新，建筑的风格和设计的改良有直接的因果关系。

因果关系不是由因果关系引导词引导的。

比如，我说：“因为你Toefl考得好，所以你英语水平高”
其实，因果关系是：因为你英语水平高，所以你Toefl考得好。
Toefl考得好不能构成原因，只能体现你英语水平高。

所以在argument中，一定要慎用因果关系。（不要受新东方的误导）
比如causal oversimplification，一方面，它必须是因果关系。另一方面，它只能说明某个现象可以由多个原因引起，而不能说明一个原因可以导致多个结果。
fallacy要严格使用，不能乱用。

7宗罪包含了主要的错误，但不包含全部。总不能期望背了7段话就天下无敌。呵呵

我有大约21宗罪，其中主要的有12宗。

这篇的一个很大的问题是：
认为code是remain unchanged.
所有法律的问题往往都牵涉到这个问题，就是assume法律是一成不变的。但事实上法律是根据环境的变化而变化的，当技术革新且可行的时候，新的技术可能会被纳入法律中，这样有能力的建筑者就可以使用新的技术进行设计和建设。
